The Families in Global Transition (FIGT) Greece Affiliate held a meeting in Athens on Friday, November 29, 2019. Our speaker Regina Reinhardt, an Adult TCK, cross-cultural trainer and career coach to senior global managers, introduced the topic of “Culture Stress: How it teaches us valuable lessons to become more mature, mindful and healthy” and led a lively interactive discussion around life’s transitions and their impact.
