一般

咨询服务
在线咨询协议
外籍人士窝与客户和/或客户之间的协议是通过客户和/或客户和外籍者签署的在线咨询服务协议或由缔约方根据在线协议开始咨询而建立的。咨询服务。
外籍人士巢保留拒绝参与在线咨询服务的权利, 如果它似乎是不合理的。 外籍人士巢尽快通知客户/客户。 外籍人士巢不承担因无法参与在线咨询而造成的费用或损害赔偿的责任。
16岁的人可以从外籍人士巢购买在线咨询服务。 希望购买在线咨询服务的16岁以下人士也需征得家长权威人士的同意。
委托人和/或客户的义务
客户和/或客户负责执行在线咨询的建议和结果。
客户和/或客户负责在其自己的计算机上存储的在线咨询信息, 以及在自己的电子邮件系统中存储的信息。
付款
除非另有约定, 第一笔费用将在第一次会议后直接支付。 随后, 应付费用将按月开具发票。
如果付款不在付款期限内, 外籍人士巢将发送提醒, 必须被视为违约通知。 如果在提醒中指定的期限后没有付款, 则客户端和/或客户是默认的。 从违约之时起, 客户和/或客户对法定利息加2% 的未缴金额有利息。
在清算、暂停付款、(即将) 破产的客户和/或客户的情况下, 客户和/或客户的义务立即到期和应付。
客户和/或客户支付的款项总是首先用于结算利息和费用, 在第二个地方结算最长的到期和应付发票, 即使客户和/或客户指出付款与以后的发票。
如果客户和/或客户违约或未能遵守其一项或多项义务, 则在从法院获得付款时产生的所有合理费用将由客户和/或客户支付。 在任何情况下, 收集费用金额为到期金额的 15%, 最低为40欧元。
客户和/或客户应承担由外籍人士巢实际产生的法律费用, 即使这些费用超过诉讼的适用费用, 在所有情况下, 即使客户和/或客户被责令支付这些适用的费用。
终止
客户可以随时终止在线咨询协议。
外籍人士巢只能单方面终止网上咨询协议, 说明理由, 如果不能合理预期外籍人士窝继续本协议。 任何情况下都有理由 (i) 在网上咨询期间, 客户和/或客户未能在一段时间内听到 (二) 客户和/或客户未能履行协议产生的义务, 包括支付义务。
责任
